[TPR] NEW TPR TOW VEHICLES

 TPR,
We got the 3.5L single-turbo V6 Eco-Boost engine with the 10-speed trans.  I was considering getting the Raptor but the tow capacity is actually lower for the twin-turbo 3.5L than it is for the single-turbo 3.5L.  Go figure.  This thing will pull over 13,000 pounds!  Seems like it is always in the right gear.
That engine is crazy strong.  My old truck had the 5.4 V-8 and this new turbo V-6 kicks its a$$.  Gonna be great in the hills around Ely.

I’m a Chevy guy……but dealer friend sells Ford’s.  (has treated me VERY well )

Black……good solid color!!  RT tells me ‘Tree Huggers’ in Calif trying to get Black vehicles banned from being sold!!  ( too hot….& make A/C run harder…..so I guess it endangers the Penguins in Antarctica or some thing!! )  He’s soo upset by all this bunk…..he says if law passes…..just before it takes effect….he’ll trade everything……& get them ALL back in Black!!!

  
 
Friends F-150……when we take his truck somewhere….he let’s me drive, because it handles soo well!!  LOVE IT!!

  
 
My 2016, F-250 Crew cab Long bed: 6.7 diesel.  Towing: GOBS of power!!  16.5 – 18 mpg around town.  24.5 mpg on highway at 60-65.  Towing 40 foot camper: 12 mpg!!

Racing: sure wouldn’t win……but better use BIG chain if you pull someone out of ditch!!

So if YOU Buy FORD…..I sure wouldn’t complain!!  ( BLACK especially!! )

Don’t be afraid of Turbo Eco Boost engine.  Friend has one…..& it ROCK’s!!!!

You can tell them 100 yards away!!  Turbo’s have intercooler…..so front license plate offset to let air hit intercooler!!

14 years ago: M&M car kept at my semi truck shop.  Ernie & I worked on it there.  Ernie packing big trailer for a race trip.  ( we backed whole rig into shop to make it easy to load. )

I was finishing office work so I could be gone for a week.

My shop mgr walked over & was looking over his shoulder!!  Ernie turned & asked ‘What’s up?’

Doug said: “ Sure is a lot of Beer Coolers in there!!”

73 year old Ernie ( father in law & navigator ):  He pointed to car inside trailer.

As we all know the West Coast spans thousands of miles and three states starting with British Columbia, Washington,Oregon,and Alaska  in the North West

And then add in NorCal., Oregon, Nevada and all of Arizona, and you can see pretty quickly why John Bentley and myself pooled our limited resources to buy not one but TWO new 2018 Ford powered tow vehicles (See Attached)

John will cover Northwest and NorCal and I will cover SoCal and SouthWest.

Yes the same Ford engine that took the Ford GT to La Man victory (attached). 

Both Ford F-150’s are also stock DeTomaso PANTERA Stock colors (See attached).

Lots of hate out there and rhetoric about “White Privilege”...so yea I am remembering JB and my my roots....JB in Detroit....and my playgrounds in shipyards in Brooklyn, Baltimore, and Hunters Point. Yea those were our playgrounds.

So for all those those who need our help please let us know how we can help you West Coast Pantera owners.  Mark and Jim will write something more PC for Our East Coast Pantera who say
