yes, I thought there would be more wear. Inside diameter measurements are difficult and need the proper tools. The ends of the bore gauge or mic need to have a hardened point or small diameter ball. Otherwise, there will be errors.

well that's interesting since the original factory bore is 4.000 ! :)
How are you measuring ? What type of tool are you using?
