[TPR] buds secret build

Just consider the Dawg being the "fake news" source for TPR........THAT
explains his hallucinations along with him very frequently missing taking
his numerous medications. Mary REALLY needs to be closer to him so she can
remember to mix his medications in his puppy chow on a more reliable
schedule. That will probably have to wait until he decides to reside at
home on a permanent basis though.................👷
