[TPR] SORC

Yea, I'm still waiting for a posting of the results to see how badly I did!
Didn't get my GPS punched to read my average speed nor my stopwatch started
until I was off the line a ways. 😞 I'm gonna have to figure out something
like a whittled down pencil eraser to punch the TINY round buttons on the
GPS since it's freak'in impossible to do it with my racing gloves on!! Live
& learn I guess? Frankie set a NEW record by getting DISQUALIFIED by
passing too many cars in BOTH races, so now Dawgy you've got a new record
to break as far as going too damn fast & passing too many cars in your
chosen speed class or the Sicilian wins...Hahahaha!!!

So far Frankie & I have run the race for 10 years & Budley has been with us
for 8 years now I believe. Every year it's more fun since all the SORC
officials are now good friends as well as most of the great citizens of
Arnold & they ALL love our Panteras. 😀 They would just LOVE to see even
more Panteras there every year to help thin out all of the plastic Chebbys
& Mustangs of which there are DEFINITELY waaaay too many
of.......especially newer ones! You left coasters need to consider coming
out & experience an ORR that is NOT done for profit for individuals but
done for the benefit of the entire community & surrounding
areas.......makes a person feel good to be able to donate to a wonderful
cause!

And YES Mark, we (as well as our wonderful hosts Gary & Jo) missed you not
being able to come out & play with us this year. Hopefully, next year you
won't be "sleeping under the porch" like Dawgy does when it comes time to
send in your application as I feel 99.9% confident that we can have at
LEAST 4 Panteras in the race in 2018 & MAYBE more!😱

GOOD LUCK to all of you who are able to make it to the SSCC next month &
may the "FORCE" be with you..........
