[TPR] SPONSOR decals

I will need a set.  I didn't drive the Pantera last year so I never  
got a set.  I'll have to peel off the Round Table Pizza decals and put  
the Katch ones on in those spots.  I have a white car so I'll need a  
darker color, his logo Green should work nicely.
