Not a fast track unless you are a fast driver haha....and I am not. ;-)
The front straight is short....part of the problem Saturday was there was a lot of traffic on the track....see attached photo...lots of cars all day long going off the course....one rolled over! trying to run 80+ cars in 4 run groups is like Mario Brothers Racing.
Not a good track for speed in a old Pantera. I like Willow Springs in Lancaster or Laguna Seca allot more......it is a 2 mile track but most of it is technical turns....short front straight and no back straight but lots of turns and lots of cars going off track...
I drove my buddy's WRX and it was a blast on the track but it also has all wheel drive and not 43 years old. ;-)

Asa & Team,
Here is a very short video shot of me powering by group of cars in front straight.
The Pantera ran perfectly all day....That is 7 years of GOOD luck with this engine.Noteworthy is Russ Fulps overhauled the engine work I believe in 2008 (?) when he added Mike Trusty's IR-EFI.
Also want to thank Rocky Rodriquez who painted the car in Fresno. Last week Rocky wet sanded and finished the black lacquer and interior.
