Never FEAR gang, the TPR Central Division boys are here to save the 2015 ORR'ing day (or is that year?)!! By some miracle of luck we've got 4 (FOUR) anxious Pantera racers ready to attack SORC with a vengeance & hold the DeTomaso banner high in the Sandhills of Nebraska! Take my word for it, we're going to have our four cats clawing on the asphalt on both legs of the race in Arnold & have a blast doing it!!! :o))
I talked to Jo & Gary Crow last night, our GREAT family that puts us all up for the duration of the race, and they're as excited as we are about being our hosts again this year. We could never ask for a couple that were more accommodating to our team than these folks have been for the last 5 years! They not only provide us with "AAA" rated housing during out time there but never fail to whip up some of the BEST country cooking for our whole team that you can imagine. And, NEVER, EVER offer to pay for anything these gracious folks provide for all of our team members or they'll threaten to throw you out of their FAMILY.......don't ask any of us how we know.............HaHaHaHa!!
So, we're ready to show all of you left coast Yahoos how ORR'ing with Panteras should be done by gathering together the largest contingent of participants in ANY ORR in the country in 2015. Stick that in your pipe & smoke it.........!!!! :o)))

Its work or aging parents or aging drivers or fixed retirement incomes, or finding out like I did. . .

That's the spirit! Mark is an -animal-! Two open road races in a year, pretty soon he'll be catching up to the Dog.
Sorry to hear you've been busy with your parents estates. I don't imagine that can be any fun and can be pretty draining at times.
Hopefully if I can make it this year I'll bring Bullet along.

Mark Skwarek, finishing SSCC last year in his orange and black Pantera
made a great showing. How about it Mark? I know it's a long drive,
what are your plans this year?
Rowdy, Bud and our mid-west friends, how are the plans for SORC? We
know about Frank's unfortunate P-car accident.... a shame it wasn't the
Porsche. :) So he'll probably not make it -again- in a Pantera.
Who's on the cleared list so far for SORC, anyone?
I've not heard from anyone about the BBORR this year. I'm feeling no
love from that part of the country. Of course, it's hard with a Fun
Rally track event at TWS. And now, they're even delaying the track
closing, go figure... maybe they just want more Panteras to run. :)
JB, how's the engine coming along, are you on track for a September run
or is the estrogen level in the house too high? Of course you realize
the that's exactly the kind of reason you need to get into the garage
and start wrenching on stuff.
And let's not forget Mad Dog, sending his Pantera in for a makeover, I'm
sure he's hoping he'll be ready by September. He was talking a while
ago about putting a few more horses into the engine if he could get Russ
Fulps to do it. I'm not sure if that's going to happen or not.
As for me... well.... I had grand plans but it's beginning to look like
I may be out again this year. My daily driver just went south yesterday
and it's looking like it will eat up my SSCC funding. New clutch,
flywheel, timing belt set, water pump and a bunch of gaskets to seal
things up. I worked on it for eight hours today and I'm not even half
way there yet.
I had hoped to take the Pantera out today to a friend who was going to
help me troubleshoot some things, but now it's literally trapped in the
garage until I get the gray hamster ZX2 back on it's feet.
