[TPR] Mark's donate carb

I'm just going to recheck the valve lash and bleed the brakes and then I should be ready to run.
No more paint, assembly, blah, blah, blah.

so besides Mark whose Panteras are close or already ready for the SORC or SSCC??

Looks like we are on track to spray my Pantera the first week of August, complete re-assembly the following week and do wheels and tires last so on track to do any mechanical changes n tuning by 1 September.
