[TPR] Engine ID PLATE

Dawgy, are you talking about the small tag that's riveted just above the
larger "Emission Controls" info. plate which IS painted black? If so, mine
is not painted at all & the top line shows the 4 digit block # of the
engine plus two other lines underneath that that contains some other misc.
info. Is this what you're looking for??
