You are not alone.  The problem is with a change Yahoo, AOL, and other major  
ISPs made back in April.  There is nothing I can do to fix it just yet.

A ton of people are experiencing the same problem with the POCA email list.   
And in fact some have cross-posted the same problem happening on many other  
email lists, like the Hummer list, major colleges and universities who can't  
get email between Alumni, etc.

You see mine because I don't use Yahoo.  You don't see Dennis' because he  
does use Yahoo and so do you.  Yahoo now blocks emails from Yahoo accounts  
if they don't appear to come from Yahoo.  That's what happens when the email  
passes through the TPR Mailman system ..... it looks like it came from a  
Yahoo account but the header shows it came from TPR so Yahoo rejects it.

Do a search on "DMARC stopping email" for more reading.

Mailman is working on a solution but it may be some time before I can  
implement it.
