[TPR] HEADLIGHTS FIX

That happened to me 150 miles away from home shortly after I bought my car.
Had to crank those suckers up by hand & DON'T want to ever have to do THAT
again.........Boo Hiss!! Wasn't the relay(s) in my case but the darn OEM
nylon gear shot craps. :o((
