[TPR] HEADLIGHTS FIX

When I got here to Fresno  (107F) last weekend with the  Pantera my  headlights would not go up or down....

We had  power to lights... and lights were on but no up or down action....

Erik Beltrr gave me some advise on how to check motor and relays. And then failing the book fix Erik said to tap the motor or relays with a hammer and click the relays...and then hammer time.....the hammer worked! 

One relays is bad...yea will replace both

And then there was light!
