[TPR] TIME TO PAINT

Well, I would except I can already hear the answers being Bobby Byers or
some other Pantera specific vendor.  And if I even mention all you want
to do is shoot paint for cheap, they'll start in on "why bother" if
you're not serious about doing the whole car right.

But... I'll see what I can put together for you.
