[TPR] Roll cage back from the Powder coater

I got a call today about 1400 telling me the roll cage was done.  We
picked it up this afternoon and as of now the rear hoop has been
re-installed.  I don't know if I'll install the rest of it before next
week or not, I'm guessing not.  To do so I need to lift the carpet
(which appears to have really been glued down well), cut a couple of
access holes, install the front legs, then somehow button up the access
holes and glue down the carpet again.  It just may be more than I want
to bite off this close to the event.

I still have some other things I need to do to the car yet.  But the
roll cage looks gorgeous.
