[TPR] Steering rack ready

Alright!  The new rebuilt steering rack arrived today.  It's -my-
housing, I know that for certain; however, it's been cleaned and painted
and now wears a nice Pantera Performance Center decal smack in the
middle.  :)  It looks really nice, like brand new.

It has a new rack and pinion gearset and man is it tight.  Well, that's
relative mind you; my original could be turned by hand to a certain
degree, this one can't.  Muscling it from either end gets it to move and
I don't feel a bumpy notchiness like the old, just gear on gear engagement.

The new rod ends went on and it's now in the car.  The only thing left
to do is attache the tapered ends to the spindles and put the
tires/wheels back on.  Sam and I quit because it was getting past his
bedtime.  I'll finish it up tomorrow.
