[TPR] Peter the German - doing video

Seriously this sounds like fun - and BTW the Asian magazine guys will be there again - and heck my car was in a magazine in Japan :-) (the gentleman photographer is a friend on facebook) :-)

So perhaps Peter and the Japanese media should hook up - they could tell lies about each other :-)

The non-Italian/American hybrid cars (also known as DeTomaso Pantera, cat, etc) that will be there:

2011 370Z, Red, highly modified but NA - mine - car number 86, SSCC86 license plate, Navigator will be my wife Melanie which means unless we DNF we will get a trophy :-) She is damned good. 100 MPH class

2010 370Z, White, almost as modified as mine (but has full cage and harness - John is planning on going a lot faster) - car number last May was 370, John Lodarski - gunsmith, machinist, and one hell of a nice guy. 105 MPH class

? 350Z, Purplish (colors change a bit based on sun/view) Ken. I believe he normally runs 135 class.

? 350Z, unknown color, Ken's buddy (Kevin I believe?, both from Seattle area). Unknown class but I believe he will be a rookie so somewhere in Touring.

? 350Z nasty turbocharged, Steve Mott's ride (the head of Tech). I think he usually does 165 class.

? NSX, black, supercharged, Tom King's ride. I believe Tom also does 165 class.

Mazda RX7, black, turbocharged, Felton 'Blue' Offutt, I believe he also runs the same class as Tom :-)

Possibly 2 more Japanese cars depending on Kazu Kono and Dai in Japan :-) There is another fellow there, my Japanese is way to limited but he may show up if he can swing airfare+car shipment


Now all we need are about 100 more Asian cars and we'll catch up to the mass quantities of Corvettes that always show up :-)

We get someone like Peter who is a racer and is a film maker and this will be allot of fun for all....even our buds with Coooor....corveeeee, corveeeeeeet...okay the other cars from the dark side.

Well if you let Japanese cars in I expect you'll get 5 Z's and at least one NSX in the mix :-)

Hey boyz,

As most of you know Peter the German has a movie set ranch out near Joshua Tree....yea the working bar is reason enough to visit peter but this year since his Pantera isn't ready yet Peter who founded the White Horse Ranch <www.whitehorseranch.com> is gonna do a video shot of the event.
