[TPR] Metal Valve Stem caps, for wheels/tires

Roger that, that's the plan. I've tried to clean up the engine
compartment so it doesn't look like I've had any recent leaks. Once I
get to Ely after the trip and Rookie School, I planned on giving her
another engine bay path prior to tech. It won't be a spit and polish
shine like most of the trailered garage queen Panteras you see at
shows... but it will be clean.

Oh, and at Autocross, I can't run the tub or -anything- loose in the
front or back. The open track guys up here don't like it much either,
but it's all about following the rules.
