[TPR] putting her on ice

Gonna do some research on the fuel stabilizer....I may actually have to get mary out in the garage and show her how to start the car....that could be dangerous though....IF she decided she liked the car (currently HATES the car) I could be in trouble. Like the time my pantera was at a tuner shop getting a flowed custom build Holly race carb put on.....they had a chassis dyno and they had 'directions' to dial in the new 750 (this was like 15 years ago), and run it up through gears and R's keeping a 6200 rpm red line and to print out results.....said I would be back in 4 hours to pick up the car but NOT to drive the car anywhere except on and off the rollers....forget what or why I couldn't stick around and just ass-u-med they were honorable guys and would follow the directions.
I picked up the car that afternoon and they shared the dyno sheet with me (maybe 400rwhp as i recall) and then drove home a pretty happy camper....next day I saw a neighbor who said,
"hey dennis I saw YOUR Pantera in Huntington Beach running down Beach Blvd around lunch Saturday.....it sure sounds good when YOU get on it"
And yea it MAY have too if I had been driving it but I wasn't....so I called the carb shop manager and asked WTF was driving my Pantera.....he said he would find out and let me know....he called me back and said he found out and had just fired the guy....I seriously felt bad about the guy losing his job but I am sure my car was not the first car he took for a joy ride.
Lesson learned was I never left my pantera with any shop again except Bobby and Donny byers....and they like Mary HATED the car too but for different reasons.....they couldn't get INTO the car! ;-)

For 3 months I would put a trickle battery charger on it and maybe some fuel stabilizer in the gas tank. You could also put it on blocks but, I probably wouldn't bother with it.

If any of you were going to store (not drive) your car for more then a few weeks (3+ months) what would you do to prepare it for storage....IE'
engine, fuel, oil and water lines, putting car on jacks, etc?
