Just got my latest Hot Rod mag.

Great stories on Mike Cook (Cookin' With Gas) which includes photo of his record run in Gary Halls Pantera at Bonneville and his continuing work for Pantera owners.

Also great.side by side road test of a ZL1 (6.2L supercharged LSA w/ 580 Hp) powered new Camaro (yea I love it)  and a no budget '69 Camaro (the Red Devil) making 750/800 hp)...yea of course the '69 Camaro won at.track event but they spent an estimated $ 150-200 grand on building he '69!! Sheeeit, if I had that kinna budget I'd have a 1,200 hp turbo charged Pantera! ;-)

But wot interested me the most was the story on the Pikes Peak Hill climb....looks sick and fun as all hell. I ran the LaBufadora Hill Climb in 2004 in Mexico and it was equally sick and fun but Pikes Peak is 14'000 feet too...Yeeea.

Gonna get some details on entry from one of the guys I met at SS who runs it every year.
