Got word back from Absolute Radiator this morning. Some Pantera vendor
just bought their entire stock of Fluidyne radiators for Panteras. They
had the cheapest price, less than $400, plus about $20 shipping. I was
pumped but when I went to order last night they were out. Don't know
which vendor bought them, but I'd figure Larry Stock or Wilkinson. That
means a hefty markup.

Summit may still have them but they were priced a hundred bucks more.
I'm still waiting for word back from Rod Davis radiators.

I was all over DeTomaso list a couple weeks ago and that's how I found
out about Absolute radiator. Just waited a bit too long before
ordering... like an idiot.

Wheels?
I found some through Summit Racing that should work, just need to get
them on order. Dave's wheels are absolutely beautiful, but Eric won't
pass a 9" wheel up front. I found out from a survey on the DeTomaso
email forum that 98% of those running a 9" wheel/tire up front
experience rubbing problems, which is what Eric eluded to.

Tires?
Aiming for Sumitomo. Eric said it's what he runs and it's an
inexpensive alternative to the Michelin Pilot series.

The engine is in the garage waiting for me to swap manifolds and put on
the Armando oil pan. I have the next five days off work; weekend, two
days vacation and the holiday. We'll see how far I can get.
