[TPR] Update on the Mach I engine pull

Not planning on anything super-mondo, just something other than the  
Ford Holley emissions carb presently -on- the Pantera.  I can't really  
tune it properly because of the design.  I need to get a -real- Holley  
a modern one.  A 650 would be fine.  I just need to do some research.

If all else fails, the one on the Pantera will probably be just fine.
