[TPR] Asa's Engine rebuild update

Well, dang. Asa Jay may(?) catch and pass me. 

Since the lift debacle: flywheel installed, clutch installed, ZF mated to Cleveland (never thought I'd see that again, balance point determined ( pulled the ZF separately - not recommended). 

Still plenty to do before the stab.
