Subject: [TPR] Testing runout on new wheels

Tested the runout on the new wheels tonight.  Set up my dial indicator
parallel to the line of travel at the center of the rim just behind the
lip where the bead would seat.  These are the results.

Max on one of the 18" wheels was about 0.040"
The other 18" wheel was about 0.025"

Both of the 17" wheels were about 0.010"

Without a wheel attached, I measured the runout of the axle flange and
got about 0.004"

I got a shipping notification that my new radiator and the new rings are
on the way.  I'm traveling next Tuesday so I probably won't be picking
up the block and heads until next Friday after I get back.
