Bud, the plugs look good. Is this "adult driving" ; "granny driving" or simulated ORR runs?
It may make a difference . . .

Asa,
I would say roughly about 1,400 miles. I would have to go through my notes to be closer than that. I ran another set until I saw I wasn't going to have blow by. I have about 10 hours on the test stand, which is more than I wanted. But I had problems getting the valves adjusted -- I will be looking for some restrictive oil hole push rods. I had to build a valve cover with a rubber flap to keep from being covered in oil. I don't trust my non running adjustment. I'm still using some oil but think it my improve some. I can live with it ___ I have had a lot of practice at adding oil to an engine.

Yes, they do look nice. How many miles/hours on the engine?
Can you tell if the rings have broken in and sealed?

Asa,
I pulled plugs today for a plug check -- see photos. First photo is 8 to 5 and second one is 4 to one.
