If you remember I pulled my Cleveland for a ring, hone and check. Ended up w/ brgs, oil pump, cam, lifters, springs, flywheel resurface, release brg (got it today, I think), plumbing and wiring. This was started to be completed for the fun rally. I'm still polishing and cleaning.
Of course, now I know everything is good - all clearences were checked etc.
Do it right or you could be sitting on the side of the road watching the end of the event. (my opinion)
Obviously you need bearings and to spend some time checking everything.
Work carefully.
