[TPR] Oil weight opinions

All,

I'll be running a break-in oil in the Pantera for the next few weeks as 
I put as many miles on her as possible.

After that I'll switch to the permanent oil.  Here are the options I'm 
looking at, from Asmoil in weights:
     5W-20
     10W-30
     15W-50

What would the expert consensus be?  (I already know what I'd like, but 
I'm looking for alternate opinions which could change my mind)
