[TPR] Asa's Thursday update Aug 16

Did a bit more cleanup in the engine compartment.  The tank shield was 
kind of filthy and oily from the engine leak.  At first I just thought 
it was rusty, but got a bright light in there and a brush... wow.

Installed the rollover valve, photos later.

Worked on radiator fans.  First method to mount won't work.  I'll be 
working on another method tomorrow.  Probably after the engine goes in.  :)
