Just a warning?
Oh you got off so easy....I once got a "Reckless Driving" and "Exhibition of Speed" ticket at the BORR in Fort stockton.....Justice of the Peace was cool and said if we had no further infractions anywhere in Texas for a year she would expunge the ticket....a year later she did....nothing on record but I sweated that year that something could have audit trailed me back to California.

Subject: Nebraska Highway Patrol Meeting Sunday
I forgot to mention the meeting our caravan of Bud, Frank & I had with the Nebraska HP on our trip home Sunday. Seems as though the young trooper observed us all "apexing" a corner in the finest "Racer Rick" tradition & called our attention to the fact that we had all crossed the white line on the right hand side of the road that designates the "highway" from the "shoulder" of the road & part of our turn was therefore considered in the best traditions of the law to have been made on the "shoulder" which is a NO - NO!! Must have been a slow day @ Dunkin Doughnuts - 'ya think??? Anyway, I happened to be in the tailgunner position at the time so here's an SUV all lit up like a Christmas tree in my rear view mirror shortly after we'd made the turn........
Damn! After checking all of our drivers licenses & proof of insurance he wrote ME a frigg'in warning ticket & let the other yahoo's off with only a verbal warning. When Budly & Frank finally got up from their kneeling, praying positions the Orafficer came back to my car & said how nice our vintage cars looked & asked where we'd picked up all the cool decals. When I mentioned the SORC he knew all about it & wished us all a safe trip home. Go Figure!!! :o)) Well, at least HE wasn't as BLIND as Dawgy & noticed the RTP decals! HaHaHa!!
Rowdy ( Now on the "Most Wanted" list?)
