[TPR] Your message to TPR awaits moderator approval

It's the software... not me.  Not sure it's a setting I can change or  
not.  I'll have to look into it.  It's usually so a list list doesn't  
get spammed, since it used to be that spam messages had a ton of CC's  
in them.

I'll look into it.
