[TPR] Feedback on SS Accident/deaths

I got some confidential first hand feedback on Rick and Merle's accident. I am going to share with the Waldman's and head of tech who I am sure are already in 'rumor-n-damage-control' mode.

If anyone wants feedback contact me offline....I don't want  to add fuel to the the already out of control rumor mill but if we can have some impact on 'lessons learned' and added safety for the future by sharing with event sponsors what I have heard its all good.
