Sorry, I don't have one of those, but I do think I know you can't get a 
rebuild kit.  I rebuilt mine a couple years ago.  No kit.  It was in 
pretty good shape though.

Wilkinson may actually have one for cheap.  They started reproducing 
stock pieces a while back and the prices went way down.

Having the money (which I know is an issue in this case), I'd go with 
the total master cylinder package from Pantera Performance Center.

I -do- have two stock front calipers though.  They need rebuilt which 
could take me a couple of weekends if I had the kits.  Let me know if 
you'll need something like that.
