[TPR] tires and wheels

Peter is in California. Mad Dawg knows where, the Whitehorse ranch
where we do ballistics testing. If he doesn't take them, I will but I
won't be in Reno this year <sigh>. Work schedule interferes. I'll be
flying to D.C. the Saturday of the Fun Rally so we're not even bothering
to go. If I end up with them, I'm sure we can arrange some kind of
shipping that won't kill the pocketbook. :)
