[TPR] tires and wheels

If TPR doesn't get them to Peter, I'll take them (though I may have to
wait another month to have the right amount of funding).
So, Peter has first shot, I have second. Those would look sooo good
with the eventual gun-metal gray paint I plan to put on the car...
sometime... in the future... if I'm still alive. :)
