[TPR] TPR Patches on their way

I now have the tracking number for the Patches.  They are in transit and 
expected to arrive this week.  Unfortunately I'll be in Colorado for 
most of it.  Therefore I should be putting patches into boxes and 
shipping them out next weekend.  I can hardly wait.  :)
