I have attached the entry forms for your convenience, or you can download them 
from the website.
I’ve been asked often, if you can register now for September too…the answer is 
Yes!
If you are paying by Mastercard or Visa you can send your entry via email or 
fax. If paying by check you will need to mail your entry.

***Sam’s Town Hotel, Las Vegas***
A little more than a month to get the great rate at Sam’s Town Hotel for the May 
event!
Midweek Room Rate is $29.99, plus 12% tax
Deadline: April 27, 2011 – Nevada Open Road Challenge – Call-In Code NVOE11A

September event deadline:
August 31, 2011 - Silver State Classic Challenge Group – Call-in Code: SILI11B

***Car Numbers***
Entries received by April 20, 2011 will be guaranteed pre-printed decals with 
your car number. 

As you know, if you are handed blank decals and a whole bunch of numbers, it 
takes up quite a bit of your social time!
So plan ahead and get your entries in!

***All Inclusive Package***
Even in this economy, our entry fees have remained low! Remember the entry fees 
are an all inclusive package!
Driver, navigator and crew are welcome to the Thursday Press Luncheon, Thursday 
Cocktail Party, Friday Welcome Reception.
The entry fee also includes two (2) t-shirts (men’s and/or women’s) and admits 
two (2) to the Sunday Awards Banquet at Sam’s Town Hotel, Las Vegas.
Additional tickets may be purchased.

If you need any forms, etc. mailed to you, or any questions, please don’t 
hesitate to contact me.
