Before we know it, the September event will be upon us! Here are some quick 
updates from registration:

There are changes to the Entry Forms
At the top of the Participation Form and the Entry Fee Form, we request that you 
check all boxes that are applicable, this includes whether or not you plan on 
attending the press luncheon, cocktail parties and the awards banquet. We need 
to give a guarantee to the vendors two weeks in advance and don’t want to waste 
food or money by guessing if you will attend.

Enter early and save money
Late entries, received within two weeks prior to the event will add $50.00. This 
includes last minute entries on race weekend. “Event” is defined as the day all 
functions/activities begin which is the Thursday of race weekend. For SSCC, 
2011; entries must be received by September 1st.

Entry Forms are now available on the website in word and pdf format.
If you are paying by Mastercard or Visa you can send your entry via email or 
fax. If paying by check you will need to mail your entry.

Sam’s Town Hotel, Las Vegas

Midweek Room Rate is $29.99, plus 12% tax

Ely Hotel Reservations
While you are at it making hotel reservations, be sure to book your rooms in Ely 
too for Thursday, Friday & Saturday. 

Car Numbers
Pre-printed numbers will be ordered for all entries paid in full 3 weeks prior 
to event.
Entries received by August 25, 2011 will be guaranteed pre-printed decals with 
your car number. 

As you know, if you are handed blank decals and a whole bunch of numbers, it 
takes up quite a bit of your social time!
So plan ahead and get your entries in!

Changes to the Website
Added “Video” tab on homepage – if you’d like your video posted forward to me 
and we’ll get it done!
Photo changes – we have changed the photo’s on the website – again, if you’d 
like your favorite photo added, forward to me.

The Year 2012 Will Mark 25 Great Years Of The Silver State Classic Challenge!
Help us in creating a Keepsake Photo Book – see attached.
