1 k rpm = vac 10/13 oil pressure 37 water temp at 200
1.5 = 15/16 200
2. = 17.5/18 65 200
2.5 = 19.5 200
3. = 20 70 200

20 inches of vacuum is some pretty serious suck on an engine.
(sorry Russ, just had to) :)
Then again, that was at 3,000 rpm. I wonder what it gets at idle.
