[TPR] 2011 Open Road Race Season opening... time to start prep

I haven't made the challenge to "the List" yet, only stirring up folks  
in TPR to start with.  I mean come on... what's the use in giving  
those pantywaists a wedgie?  They mostly talk about going fast and  
turning left (with an occasional right thrown in), they don't seem to  
understand the misguided stepchildren of Open Road Racing.

yea, yea... I'll stir that possum nest in a bit.
