Well Mad Dog,
 
Years ago when I live in Wilcox Az. and covered all of the 48 states, I was at 
Honeywell Phoenix for a couple weeks. There was a electronic tech who wore a 
jacket ( about like a Navy blue jacket ) until after after lunch. Once I had 
been around him a while, at first break I asked him about it. His answer was 
that it was cold ( 120 degrees outside ). I said were -- not in Phoenix. Then he 
went on to tell me that he was born and raised there in Phoenix. And didn't I 
know ---- water freezes at 70 degrees F.
