It's that time of year again...

****2011 Rule Book****
It is your responsibility to read and know the rules. Please be sure to 
read them located on our website

****Entry Forms****
Download them from the website.
If you are paying by Mastercard or Visa you can send your entry via 
email or fax. If paying by check you will need to mail your entry.

*There are changes to the Entry Forms!*
At the top of the Participation Form and the Entry Fee Form, we request 
that you check all boxes that are applicable, this includes whether or 
not you plan on attending the press luncheon, cocktail parties and the 
awards banquet. We need to give a guarantee to the vendors two weeks in 
advance and don't want to waste food or money by guessing if you will 
attend.

*Enter early and save money!*
*Late entries, and entries not paid in full*, within two weeks prior to 
the event will add $50.00. This includes last minute entries on race 
weekend. "Event" is defined as the day all functions/activities begin 
which is the Thursday of race weekend. For SSCC, 2011; entries must be 
received by September 1st.

****Sam's Town Hotel, Las Vegas****
Less than a month to get the great rate at Sam's Town Hotel!
Midweek Room Rate is $29.99, plus 12% tax

****Ely Hotel Reservations****
While you are at it making hotel reservations, be sure to book your 
rooms in Ely too for Thursday, Friday & Saturday. You can book for both 
May and September dates.

****Car Numbers****
Entries received by August 28, 2011 will be guaranteed pre-printed 
decals with your car number.

****All Inclusive Package****
Remember the entry fees are an all inclusive package!
Driver, navigator and crew are welcome to the Thursday Press Luncheon, 
Thursday Cocktail Party and Friday Welcome Reception.
The entry fee also includes two (2) t-shirts (men's and/or women's) and 
admits two (2) to the Sunday Awards Banquet at Sam's Town Hotel, Las Vegas.
Additional tickets for the Awards Banquet may be purchased with your 
entry, at registration or at the door on Sunday.

****Schedule Changes****
There have been some changes to the Schedule of Events please review to 
see what changes may affect you.
