[TPR] Who's in?

Hi gang,

Looks like we have 14 folks subscribed to the TPR email list so far.  
This email is an actual email from the list software.  A few of you have 
signed up for daily digests, so you may have this email along with 
others in one bundle.

Some of you have email software that allows you to "Reply," "Reply All," 
or "Reply List."  When responding to an email from the list, you should 
use the "Reply List" functionality.

If you use "Reply" your email will only go to the person who originated 
the message.
If you use "Reply All" your email will get duplicated to the sender.

So here is a big welcome to those who have subscribed so far:
