My plastic Xmas tree with its 24 hour glowing xmas tree lights killing millions of electrons and ME want to wish ALL of YOUS a Happy New Year.  
Here's a photo ATTACHED of my new place in Portland. Having a little trouble with Underwriter on inspection of the building but looks like it will proof out to be the perfect man-cave when I come home.
