[TPR] toys listed on gun broker

LMAO.. Didn't realize there was a filter.

Yeah, I wish we were able to keep our weapons too. I also believe a soldier
should have their weapon at all times and not have to depend on an armorer
to issue them in times of alert when a soldier needs to be able to respond
within an hour. If the soldier was in possession of a weapon at all times to
include in civilian clothes with a hand gun, like law enforcement, then
issues such as the Fort Hood shootings never would be more than a hiccup as
you say..

If you are serious in searching for an AR, we should talk, there is a major
benefit with you being in Spokane.

Nice! Right past all the profanity filters without a hiccup. :)

I liked the gun list. Yea, armed we may be but missing a few of the
essentials from the list. It would be nice if America were like some of
those -other- countries that have compulsory service, issue you a weapon and
when you are discharged are expected to keep it handy and in working order.

Shelley is pretty comfortable with guns. She's not shot an AR yet though.
I shop around every now and then, but can't cough up the dough.

JB,

Just make sure you give me a nice broadside view of the bird and remember to
land on the North side of the island. Your choices are better for float or
packed sand. Don't worry about the beer, a good ole thumper distiller will
be set up for fuel, medical, and consumption needs. No sat phone either, if
they can't figure out how to send me morse code by flash, smoke, horn, etc.
then

. . _ . . . _ _ . _ . _ . _ _ . . . . . _ _ they would
probably be of no use anyway or part of the problem.

yeah, cover me. The plane will have beer, long range weapons and ammo, and
some smoked red salmon! :)

The gun list is perfect. I'd have every other round in the 12 ga rifled
slugs and 00 buck shot. Also, don't forget your sat phone in a pelican
case. Be prepared. :)

Rules to live by.

45acp under the pillow. Why? Because it has a safety.

357 hammerless revolver in bag, luggage, boot, or purse. Why? It is a backup
but quick response gives it merit but no safety, you just point and shoot.

12 ga stored in various closets. Why? The hand gun is only good for clearing
the room and backup but the 12ga will get you to your battle rifle.

AR-15 stored in safe for every member of the house. Why? This is the most
modular weapon ever made. It is light and fires light weight ammo. It fires
one of the most common rounds available, the 5.56 or .223 and is good for
300yards.

Ak47 or similar stored in the safe. Why? If and when we are attacked by a
foreign country. This is what they will be shooting at you with. The 7.62x39
is the most common round in the world. Shoot the bastard that is shooting at
you and take his ammo.

AR-10, M14, or similar stored in bug-out 4x4 vehicle. Why? This is your main
battle rifle. It is good for 800 yards with quick follow up and shoots the
most common ammo available in the US, the .308.

338Lapua or 408Cheytac bolt action stored in bug-out 4x4 vehicle or bug-out
location. Why? When you and your family are dug in, you need long range
precision protection. They are capable of taken out soft targets and light
machines out to 2000 yards.

50BMG stored at bug-out location. Why? This is the end all defense rifle. It
is heavy and shoots heavy ammo but will stop a plane, helicopter, boat,
truck, etc. It is your defense against hard targets as far as you can see.
It will psychologically F&*K your opponent up..

Guys have fun with this, hell post it on the other list.

Ciao

Brian

member of his family..

Mad Dog.. Are you seeing this? JB what about you? We need to have wall to
wall counseling with AJ here. AJ, I invite you to sweet home Alabama for
some R&R with things that go boom and pow.
