[TPR] Team Pantera Racing donates flags to Silver State Classic Challenge

I've been at track events where course workers had no flags up and others set
the green flag up and in a couple cases where course worker FORGOT he had left a
YELLOW flag up long after track had been cleared....but never saw a red flag
misused and the couple times I saw a BLACK flag all I can say is I was innocent
(not) ;-)

Given that my wife, a seasoned naviguesser, told me to stop during that race
because she saw a red flag waving (a moment later before I had slowed much she
said disregard) I am darned glad about the ruling. As far as I'm concerned they
should also have a green flag out there - if you pass a flag station and don't
see any flags did that mean everything is OK or you missed it... I'm for no
ambiguity at all :-) I'll happily buy the green flags if SSCC will fly them...

And thanks TPR for buying more red flags even though I hate it when they get
waved :-)
